The CALIFORNIA MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE (CMAS) program was established in response to Assembly Bill 1727, which was signed into law in October 1993. The CMAS program provides client agencies with an easy and value effective procurement vehicle, for both information technology and commodity products and services.

National IPA
Portable Computer Systems, Inc. has been awarded the National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (National IPA) Contract #073103-01 to sell Panasonic Toughbooks, tablets, accessories, and service. The cooperative purchasing agreement was awarded by City of Tucson, AZ and is being made available to public agencies nationwide. Eligible public agencies include county government, city/local government, public school systems, public higher education, agencies for public benefit and nonprofit organizations.
